Summary
Curve is a web app that helps medium-to-large companies build AI literacy from onboarding onward. Employees get role-based tool recommendations, company-wide comparisons and adoption stats, access to “tool champions,” and monthly check-ins to keep their AI stack up to date.
Problem Statement
"How might we help students or early-career professionals use Al as a collaborator rather than a crutch?"
"Students and early-career professionals now have access to powerful Al tools, yet many lack guidance on how to use them responsibly and effectively. Some individuals over-rely on Al, using it as a shortcut that replaces thinking and creativity. Others avoid Al entirely due to ethical concerns or fear of skill loss. Both extremes prevent people from developing healthy, productive relationships with Al."
